Our Investment Strategy

Bespoke Capital’s process starts with finding promising companies for equity or debt investments, assessing the quality of the investment opportunity so that we can provide our clients with the relevant and actionable information they need. The companies that we work with generally possess a service or product that fills an immediate market demand and are led by an experienced management team.

In 2006, 275 companies made presentations to us. We choose to work with three of these companies. In that year, we closed four rounds of financing for amounts ranging between $800,000 and $42 million. In 2007, we are on pace to see more companies, but to also close more financing rounds. This has resulted from a better understanding our capabilities and talents for equity rounds in between $500,000 and $5 million.

Just as our portfolio companies provide a diverse range of services and products, the degree of involvement we take depends on the needs of the companies we work with. Our fundamental service is funding companies, but along the way we assist in business development, authoring executive summaries, and networking through our strategic partners and clientele.

At the end of the day, our goal is to see the companies we work with thrive, for our client’s capital to grow, and for all parties to build trust, compassion, and satisfaction.
